A remarkable man, Jack Lalanne, recently left the planet at the age of 96 years in how we all want – healthy and active until the end.
It reminded me of a central theme in Dr. Terry Grossman conferences. Terry Grossman MD is a specialist in medicine sustainability. It futurist Ray Kurzweil and Co-author of “Transcend”.
Mr. Grossman said that we have a healthy, active living and sexy at the end and he called the “square of the curve.”

Jack was certainly a pioneer ahead of his time on health and fitness. We have all benefited from his commitment to helping others to build positive habits and live life long, healthy and happy.
